General Info

1. We hold memory and trauma in our bodies.

2. Everything in our body is supposed to move physically and energetically. If it doesn’t, it can cause symptoms in the body.

3. Our inner wisdom/inner physician wants to protect our body so if it notices an issue, it will create limitations or symptoms to protect you.

4. No what is yours and what is not energetically

5. The body remembers everything. The body doesn’t lie.

6. Pain is the way the body communicate something is not right. 

 

 

Tools/ Exercises

Is This Mine?

1.     Ask – “IS this mine?

2.     Listen to the response -hear or feel in your body. The first answer that comes to you a simple yes or no. Don’t overthink it. Yes feels light. No feels heavy, contracted and withdrawn

3.     If it’s not yours figure out whose is it?

Think /visualize about whose it could be. You may see an image or name

4.     Get rid of what is not yours. Say “Not mine, not mine, not mine. I release. I disconnect. May it be transmuted to harmless”

5.      Breathe that energy out. Imagine it coming out of the top of your head or down into the ground through the bottom of your feet.

6.     Check back in with how you feel

 

There is no getting it right. It’s about setting an intention, focusing attention, and releasing the energy.

 

Bubble exercise

Put yourself in a black bubble and make yourself invisible. Imagine wearing an invisibility cloak like Harry Potter. So, you are invisible to dark forces or energy. The outside of the bubble is black but it’s shiny inside. You can create a second color underneath on the inside.

 



Grounding and visualization exercise

Be barefoot on the earth, in the sun, and feel the energy coming up from the earth through your feet. Pull the energy up and feel it nourishing your body. Feel yourself filling up with energy. You can visualize this anywhere if you don’t have access to outside due to weather but the benefits of grounding/ connection to earth energy is much stronger.

1. Fill your cup with things that bring you joy and energy so you can interact in the world from a place of fullness and give from a place of overflow.

 

2. We are not responsible to fix or take on other people’s pain, suffering or healing. Release and disconnect from that energy and transmute it to harmless by sending it back with love, light and consciousness. Then the other person can get the lessons that they need.
