General Info

1. Grounding is a healing modality that decreases inflammation and positively impacts our health and well-being.

 

2. Our entire body is conductive so if we fail to focus on conductive health, we will not be healthy. So we need to look at DC energy. (Direct current energy).

 

3. DC current affects everything in our bodies: brain waves, heart function, breathing, digestion, muscles.

 

4. We use DC energy to diagnose things. That’s what EEG, EKG, EMG studies used to evaluate the functioning of the body.

 

5. The earth pulsates DC energy.

 

6. Cell phones lose charge and we plug them into man-made AC current to recharge. When we lose charge (are not functioning optimally) we need to plug into the resource of DC energy which is the earth.

 

How does grounding work?

 

1. The earth has free electrons to donate to our body which then decreases inflammation and helps our body get in the healing mode.

 

2. The healing state our brain is in when we are in deep sleep or meditation even when we are ungrounded is the exact same frequency of the pulse of the earth.

 

3. The DC energy of the earth is like a port that resets our brain, decreases inflammation, enhances HRV and much more.

 

4. Touching the earth makes all of our body instantly conductive so all parts reap the benefits immediately.

 

How long and often should a person ground?

 

1. There is no time too short but benefits accumulate over time. So, the longer the better.

 

2. People need to ground every day for their optimal health and well-being.

 

What about using grounding tools to ground indoors?

 

Many medical studies show that indoor grounding mats do have positive effects on health. However, you don’t get all of the other additional benefits that nature provides such as vitamin D, sunlight effects on melatonin and circadian rhythm, exposure to plant pheromones etc. Also be aware of what the mats are made of. Be sure that they are made of materials that are eco-friendly and ethically sourced.

 

How do we decrease exposure to fake man-made AC current?

 

1. We are conductive so everything affects our body especially the man-made AC current and 5G which are very stimulating to us.

 

2. We can decrease exposure by shielding ourselves from AC current and limiting our exposure to it as well because AC current is not healthy for humans.

 

3. Ways to shield from AC current:

A. Use a grounding cord to stop any dirty electricity from coming up the line. Example pure ground cord

 

B. Use a router guard on your Wi-Fi router to decrease the strength of the signal and turn it off at night.

 

C. Use outlets switches and timers. Everything put out an electrical field when it is plugged in even if it is turned off. Use a Kill switch so you can turn everything off without having to unplug it. Or unplug everything when not in use.

 

Grounding when traveling

 

1. You can reduce jet lag if you go out and ground right away when you get out of an airplane, car, train etc. and immediately touch the earth whether that be the grass, sitting on the sidewalk, touching a metal sign that’s connected to the earth.

 

2. If you ground for 30 minutes or longer you will actually reset your body to the circadian rhythm of that part of the earth.

 

3. If you can’t get outside you can use a travel grounding bedroll.

 

4. When traveling make sure that you wear something with shielding. Some type of clothing to protect your body.

 

 

Sleep and grounding

 

1. Grounding outside in nature has tremendous health benefits including enhancing sleep.

 

2. It’s best to go outside and ground during the day. If for some reason you are not able to or feel you need additional time grounding consider sleeping on a grounding mat.

 

3. Studies show people sleeping on a grounding pad in a sleep lab for multiple nights experienced an increase in restorative sleep and more time dreaming and in REM sleep which enables processing, releasing, and healing. Over time more restorative sleep leads to less stress on the body and you see cortisol levels start to normalize.

 

4. You can put a grounding stake outside and run a conductive cord into the house or RV and clip it to something conductive to be grounded while you sleep instead of using a grounding mat.

Sparks of wisdom

1. When we are talking about grounding, we are referring to DC energy which is direct current energy. This is the natural electric current of the entire natural world (Earth, humans, animals and plants). It’s what our brain and every cell in our bodies function on. We need to touch the natural DC energy of the earth to recharge.

 

2. It’s easy to find a conductive surface (tree, plant, concrete sidewalk, metal pole connected to the ground, cement such as in the garage or basement).

 

3. It’s important to make grounding part of your routine. Every day you can take a meal or snack outside, visit your favorite tree or sidewalk, and if at the end of the day you didn’t ground at all go outside and look at the stars and take three deep breaths to reset.
