10 Minute Forgiveness Meditation

Forgiveness is one of the most important issues  when it comes to the effect on our transformation.

Our critical inner voice find new topics to attack us for around unworthiness, reminding you what you have done wrong, what you can do better and on and on. In addition, if you tend to fall to your victim side (like me), it has a potential to come up and create drama for little things!

I recorded this meditation for forgiveness and self-love so that whenever you realize that you are blaming yourself or others, you can take 10 minutes to clear this energy before it turns into blocks.

2. Only you can walk your path. There are others- guides, healers, etc. to help you.


3. You need to digest the healing. Release the blocks and then process what you learn and bring it in to your daily life, move and transform.


 Myths related to Healing Journeys

1.  All emotions are welcome on a healing journey. It’s part of self-discovery.


2.  If you are skeptical, it is important on a healing journey to understand the science behind how your body heals. It is mind, body and soul working together.


3.  Forgiveness is not an analytical or superficial process. You need to realize what the person/ situation taught you. How did it help you become who you are now? You need to go layer by layer to understand and then you will be able to release the situation and feel forgiveness. Compassion and unconditional love play a huge role in forgiveness.



4.  Manifestation

Some things can be manifested quickly and easily (when you are in alignment). Others take a long time often because they are tangled with your fears. By doing the inner work on the layers of fear internal shifts occur which then lead to external shifts. You need to become aware of the fears, understand them and then move away from them.


5.  Fear

Fear will always be there (come and go). The healing is to be able to move from the fear. Fear helps you learn and grow. We need to understand what the fear is about. Fear can be a great teacher,


Love is the biggest transformer.


Sparks of Wisdom from Gul

1.  Be open. Open your heart and don’t be scared of the fears, darkness or anything that comes your way.

2.  Healing is in simplicity. You need to be aware of issues, release them, and move away from them. Sometimes it takes time and sometimes it is fast.


3.  There is no right or wrong way to heal. There is no one method. You just need to start from wherever you are so you can live a more fulfilled, aligned purposeful life.


4.  A healing journey may mean your purpose is calling you.

Gul's Bio

Gül Sönmez is a Transformational Energy Coach, internationally renowned for her ability to channel people’s past traumas and buried memories so they can overcome anxieties, self-doubt, and stressors in order to live aligned, purposeful lives.
